On 2nd November we are holding a yoga day retreat at our studio. While it is not designed specifically for beginners, it is fully accessible to all levels and offers a balanced day of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.

We also run four-week beginner yoga courses, which are the perfect way to build your practice gradually in a supportive group. These courses are very popular and often sell out quickly. We are currently mid-way through one, and the next courses will begin in January.
